Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 business days to metro cities, 4 to 8 to other cities and towns, and 5 to 10 to remote areas.

Once your order ships we send the tracking ID and courier details by email and SMS. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories. Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with parts missing. Personal care, beauty and grooming, health and wellness, and consumable items cannot be returned. See the refund policy for the full list.

We review return requests within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is initiated 2 to 5 business days later and takes a further 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, and in some cases up to 21. Orders paid cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer.

Photograph the package before you open it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. That photo is what lets us raise the claim with the courier, so take it first.

Only before it is dispatched. Once the order has left the warehouse it has to go through the returns process instead.
